Co-owners (3x): reception area - may need to temp remove the posters + painting or using indoor clinic door as background with baige / white cloth
core staff team: same location and concept as co-owners above (there are 4x?)
Group: reception area, just using interior as bakcgorund for 4 to 5 staff.

dentist greeting patient at reception near the consultation room
consultation in the room - model should + dentist as main focus
mock-up of key procedure(s): checking, cleaning, mock up surgury
analysing result (x-ray, result etc): explaining the result
wrap up the consultation: smiley face outside the consultation room, with model's back profile out of focus)

FYI: this will depend on the weather, ideally an overcast day with no rain.If it is raining, we can move it back inside the common area in front of the clninc entrance with the white background (3rd photos below)
