Are you insured?

Yes I do with 20 millions public liability, I can send you a certificate via email.

What does the hour rate included?

For a 4 hours shoot, there are additional hours we put in for planning as well as meeting and it is part of the hourly rate we quoted. Same as buy a meal at a restaurant, there are business expenses and time involve to cook your dish.

What is the turnaround time the remaining payment is paid?

Most of the time it is straight away or within 12 hours if I am away from my office.

Do you outsource editing?

No we don’t and we want to main quality
