Frequently asked questions:

Can we meet up in person before securing your service?

Depending on the location of the business and my schedule, I might be able to or we can arrange a zoom meeting.

How do you determine your hourly rate?

Besides the photo/video session for the shoot, there are also other considerations, such as planning before the shoot and editing time after the shoot with business expenses such as transportation, maintenance of all equipment, license fees, and more. Unlike a restaurant, we can only work with 1 client at a time rather than outsourcing.

Do you require a deposit/reservation fee?

Yes, we do, to secure the date and time for the shoot, before we begin the planning of the shoot. The reservation fee is non-refundable.

What equipment do you use?

We have a range of options available and our mission is to tailor the vision of each individual business.

Can we reschedule the photoshoot?

You can anytime 24 hours before the photo shoot date, we will re-arrange another date and time for the shoot. Unfortunately, the reservation fee is non-refundable.

What if we are not satisfied with the result from the preview after the photoshoot?

For any shoot, I usually recommend the owner/2IC to be part of the shoot, on top of that with the planning before the shoot, the chance of this situation is very unlikely. If it is my fault that causes the dissatisfaction, it is free to reshoot the part that did go well.

Why do we need to clear the payment before we get all the final photos?

Chasing payment is not what we want to do, nor something we enjoy doing. We prefer to accept payment first and then deliver your photos, or we accept credit card payment as well. You can clear the remaining payment anytime in or within 14 days.

Do you charge any traveling fees?

Yes, Only for regional and interstate works.

Why content is important?

How many photos am I expecting to receive after the shoot?
